- Changes to bookings are subject to availability.
- Any player cancellations or changes to your play date, venue, or session time must be done at least 10 days prior to the booking date by calling 1300 66 16 50.
- No refunds will be made for changes to date, venue or player numbers within 10 days of the booking date.
- Paintballs are not transferable or refundable.
- Any player who does not attend their paintball session will forfeit their deposit.
- No person under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol will be permitted to play. Any player found under the influence will NOT receive a refund.
- Personal Identification is required as a deposit for your paintball equipment on the day of play (Drivers License, Passport, Keypass are acceptable).
- If ID is not provided by the player, the field may refuse play.
- All players must be older than the minimum age limit according to the relevant state/territory to play and abide by the rulings on adult accompaniment.
Victoria - No person under the age of 18 is permitted to play under any circumstances.
New South Wales - 16-17 year olds must be accompanied by an adult.
South Australia - 14-15 year olds must be accompanied by an adult.
Queensland - No person under the age of 15 is permitted to play under any circumstances.
Western Australia - 12-17 year olds must be accompanied by an adult.
Australian Capital Territory - 16-17 year olds must be accompanied by an adult.
- All advertised prices are inclusive of GST. We do not sell ex-GST prices to any individuals or businesses.
- World Series Paintball is registered to collect GST on behalf of the Australian Taxation Office (ABN 90 733 713 155). GST components (10% Goods and Services Tax) are shown per individual item in our booking confirmations.
- Unless otherwise indicated, all transactions are in Australian dollars (AUD).
- World Series Paintball owns the copyright and trademarks to all intellectual property included on our website including the World Series Paintball logo. Any entity or person who uses any of the World Series Person name, logo or other intellectual property without our prior written consent will be deemed as breaching the copyright law and we will take legal action.
- Any images, trademarks and links used within our website on behalf of our network operators are reserved copyrights and trademarks of their respective owners.
- All original images as well as links are used to allow more up-to-date and accurate information to be passed onto the visitors of this website. If a customer does find there is any product or images that are inaccurate we would appreciate if they made us aware of such inaccuracies and we will endeavour to correct them as soon as possible.
- World Series Paintball is highly committed to complying with the Australian and international privacy laws and to protect our customer's privacy and therefore will not under any circumstances rent, sell or share your personal information with anyone outside of the World Series Paintball network.
- World Series Paintball will provide the customer details to the appropriate authorities if the information we received is deemed to be false or misleading.

- There maybe misprints, human errors, or omissions on our website. We reserve the right to make changes and corrections in prices, products and specifications without notice.
